Job summary

Motion PT Group in New York is seeking a part-time Therapy Aide (20 hours per week, Mon-Thu). You will assist with patient preparation, transfers, equipment setup and keep treatment areas clean and stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual ability is a plus. Background in health or fitness is preferred. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with benefits described above.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
