Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide in Florissant, MO to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation. This full-time position involves scheduling, record-keeping, and assisting with center operations while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00A-4:30P, with a starting pay around $18/hour and increases based on experience. This role offers mentorship, PTO, and comprehensive benefits in a team-focused outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing required.
• Class E license allowing for shuttle bus operation prior to start date.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Position: Rehab Aide

Location: Florissant, MO FLOAT- Must be willing to FLOAT to any of the 10 different Day Institutes.

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-4:30P

Compensation:$18/Hour- Increases based on experience.
