Salem Health is seeking a Therapy Aide to support the Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Salem Hospital. You will assist with patient care, help therapists during treatment sessions, and keep equipment and spaces clean and well-stocked.
The role requires a high school diploma, BLS within 90 days, and a preferred driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience. This full-time position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive health system.

Department: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Position Type: Full time, 36 hours/week, Non-exempt
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some weekend coverage
As a valued member of our therapy team, you’ll support the rehabilitation services at our Inpatient rehabilitation department by partnering with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. As a Therapy Aide, you’ll help the department run smoothly by assisting with patient care, cleaning and stocking equipment, and supporting therapists during treatment sessions.
