Salem Health is seeking a physical therapist to join our acute care therapy team at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon. You’ll evaluate and treat patients across neuro-trauma, orthopedics, neurology, medical/surgical, and ICU settings while supporting joint replacement, spine surgery, and stroke recovery.

Position Type: Full Time, 36 hours/week, Exempt
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, 4 shifts/week, 2-3 weekend shifts required per 4 week rotation
Join our dynamic and collaborative acute care therapy team at Salem Health as a physical therapist, where we work together to empower patients and overcome barriers to recovery. You’ll evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of specialty areas, including neuro-trauma, orthopedics, neurology, medical/surgical, and intensive care. As part of our Centers of Excellence, you’ll contribute to high-quality, evidence‑based care for patients undergoing joint replacement, spine surgery, and stroke recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with therapy colleagues, care managers, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a fast‑paced environment that allows flexibility in your daily schedule.
