Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Rehab Aide in St. Charles, MO to support therapists in rehabilitation procedures and daily center operations. This full-time position includes scheduling ancillary services, recording patient information, and maintaining equipment, with opportunities to contribute across program areas.

The role involves observing patient responses to therapy, ensuring safety, and assisting with various center operations, while working in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Driver’s License in good standing required.
• Class E license allowing shuttle bus operation prior to start date.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00A-4:30PCompensation:$18/Hour- Increases based on experience.
