Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, working hand-in-hand with fellow staff members to deliver holistic care to the patients and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
  • Team Collaboration: Engage actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, partnering with patients and their guardians to create a supportive environment.
  • Therapeutic Assessment and Planning: Assess, plan, and implement tailored psychotherapeutic services for a diverse range of patients, including children and adolescents, facing mental health challenges.
  • Diverse Therapy Services: Offer a comprehensive suite of therapy services, including individual and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitating process groups that foster growth and healing.
  • Empowerment and Growth: Strive to enhance the functioning of patients and their families, equipping them for the next chapter in their mental health journey.
  • Person-Centered Care: Be oriented and educated in providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to all patients.

That role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related therapeutic field. If your degree is in a closely related field and you are pursuing an LPCC, you must demonstrate that your education meets the coursework requirements of the license, either through your own comparison or an unofficial review with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
    • Licensure: Candidates must be licensed or actively pursuing clinical licensure in the state of Minnesota. This includes receiving clinical supervision and counting clinical supervision hours.
  • Two years of experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred
  • Must have knowledge of DSM-IV criteria

  • Associate level license in State of Minnesota (LAMFT, LGSW, LPC) preferred.
  • Pay range for the Independently licensed position is $80,000 to $102,000 annually and for the Associate level therapist it is $29 to $3 3 depending on education, licensure, and experience.
