Job summary

Community Partners NH is expanding our School-Based Therapy Program and seeks a full-time School-Based Clinician to be embedded on campus, delivering individual, family, and group therapy to youth when and where needed. Part of the time will be spent at our headquarters for team meetings and office-based appointments.

You will work as a frontline champion for student wellness, collaborating closely with educators and school staff within a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, MFTH, counseling or related field.
• NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or license eligible.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.
• Background checks may include Criminal and Motor Vehicle records checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents on campus.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student wellness.
• Attend meetings at headquarters for team coordination and office-based appointments.

Education
