Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona seeks licensed therapists to conduct therapeutic sessions with children and adults using evidence-based approaches. Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and licensure eligibility are required, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field with licensure eligibility.
• Two years related experience or associate licensure preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses behavioral health needs to develop therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administers screener and standardized testing as clinically indicated.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required consents.
• Maintains clinical records and writes timely reports.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
• Develops treatment team recommendations for follow-up support.
