Under the Manager, you will supervise and guide staff in delivering evidence-based treatment with ethical practice within a person-centered framework.

The role emphasizes community relationship building, development of care plans, and use of an electronic medical record.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required.
• Clinical experience required (via practicum or internship).
• LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and develop person-centered care plans using standardized assessments.
• Provide clinical direction using evidence-based approaches.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff in Centerstone policies and procedures.
• Build community relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Deliver direct client care within licensed scope and best practices.
• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation and coordination.
