Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Supervisor and Therapist for its Tulsa clinics. You will evaluate diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and document progress while collaborating with a dynamic team to expand access to quality mental health care.

The role emphasizes creativity in interventions, supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, and a culture grounded in our core values. Flexible scheduling (FT/PT) and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates ideally hold LPC licensure or credentialing.
• Experience with creating and updating DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Knowledge of EMDR, DBT, CBT and related therapies; interest in diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
