Job summary

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America in Worthington, Ohio seeks a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to support adolescents in our evening Intensive Outpatient Program. You will work with groups, apply prepared materials, and collaborate with a clinical team in a flexible part-time, on-site schedule.

The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Active Ohio license LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC is required.
• Two+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with adolescents and/or therapeutic groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic groups for adolescents in the IOP program.
• Create a welcoming space where young people can connect, learn, and grow.
• Partner with the clinical team to support each client’s treatment goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide individual support when clinically needed.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to join our evening Intensive Outpatient Program and help adolescents and their families feel supported, understood, and hopeful.

You’ll join a close-knit clinical team, work with prepared group materials, and have support when challenging situations arise—all within a consistent part-time schedule.

Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–7:30 PM

COMPENSATION

$35–$45+ per hour
Based on licensure and experience
