Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Independence, OH. This role focuses on group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, and family involvement within a Partial Hospitalization Program for teens.

Work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio license (LSW/LPC, LISW/LPCC preferred) and has experience with adolescent clients and group therapy.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio license.
• LSW/ LPC
• LISW / LPCC preferred
• Experience with group therapy facilitation
• Experience working with adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Support adolescents participating in our Child & Adolescent IOP
• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients ages 11-17
• Provide support to adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Facilitate IOP group therapy for adolescents
• Support development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team

What You'll Do
