Job summary

Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health in Montgomery County is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide adult individual, couples, and family therapy. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate high-quality care and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.

This full-time role offers on-site clinical support, documentation per DSM-5-TR standards, and opportunities for ongoing CEUs and professional growth within a mission-driven team that makes a real difference

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in a relevant social science field
• Active independent Ohio licensure as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT
• Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer
• Familiarity with the DSM-5-TR and clinical documentation standards
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
