Brightli in Saint Louis, MO, is hiring a Therapist or Provisional Therapist for a full-time role. You will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapy, and develop treatment plans to support individuals, families, and couples.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, supervise where eligible, and participate in ongoing professional development while ensuring high-quality, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional licensure with Missouri board (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT).
• Must attain full licensure through supervision and licensing exams.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states if required.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions under supervision.
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and intakes to identify needs and diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans evolving with progress.
• Facilitate evidence-based techniques to improve clients’ mental health.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Assist with transitioning clients through levels of care and final notes.
• Offer supervision and consultation when qualified.
• Promote ethics and strong partnerships with colleagues and community.
