Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Provisional Therapist to provide supervised assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for individuals, families, and couples across various settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices and telehealth options to reach diverse clients.

You will complete intake and assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet client goals while adhering to state regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Provisional licensure with applicable state registration (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT).
• Willing to pursue full licensure and complete supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients under licensed supervision.
• Perform intake/screening and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide individual, group, family counseling as needed.
• Maintain clinical records per state regulations and agency standards.
