• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides; delegate appropriate tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans for long-term recovery.
