Clive Behavioral Health is seeking an Licensed Outpatient Therapist to assess, treat, and support patients across PHP/IOP programs in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes psychosocial assessment, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention to optimize patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will coordinate with physicians, nurses and community agencies, perform case management, and assist with discharge planning to ensure continuity of care for PHP/IOP patients.
Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We provide compassionate inpatient and outpatient care for individuals who struggle with a behavioral health disorder or co-occurring disorders.
