Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Provisional licensure with Missouri board (PLPC, LMSW, or PLMFT).
• Must be able to attain full licensure by supervision and licensing exams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, screenings, and intakes.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and attend staffing meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.
