Job summary

Life Landscaping, Inc. is seeking licensed or associate behavioral health clinicians for its Los Angeles–based PHP/IOP facility. The role involves treating adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders, delivering group and individual therapy, and functioning within a multidisciplinary team in a structured setting.

Pay scales by license/status, with 34–45 USD per hour. Evening and day hours are possible; full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed or associate clinician with relevant behavioral health license.
• Experience with mental health and substance use populations, dual diagnosis preferred.
• Comfortable facilitating MH and SA groups and individual therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Commitment to culturally sensitive practice and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
• Crisis intervention, group and individual counseling, and case management.
• Referral coordination and discharge summaries with clear clinical documentation.
• Maintain professional ethics and collaborate with supervisors and staff.
