Life Landscaping, Inc. in Santa Clarita seeks licensed and associate clinicians to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in our PHP/IOP facility.

The role focuses on adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders, delivering evidence-based therapy in a structured setting. We offer full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a pay range of $34–$45 per hour and benefits including 401(k), matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition

Qualifications

• Licensed or associate clinicians with LMFT/AMFT, LCSW/ACSW or LPCC/APCC status.
• Experience with dual diagnosis and group facilitation welcome.
• Comfortable delivering MH and SA therapy in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning.
• Crisis intervention and both group and individual counseling.
• Case management, referrals, and discharge summaries; maintain clinical documentation.
• Adhere to professional ethics and collaborate with staff and physicians.
