Job summary

Centered Health's Los Angeles Outpatient Center (LAOP) seeks a licensed clinician to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will coordinate care with the clinical staff and external resources to promote well-being and social functioning.

Responsibilities include weekly therapy, documentation, discharge planning, crisis management, and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field required.
• Licensed in CA (LMFT or LCSW) for practice.
• Ability to provide in-person therapy Monday–Friday.
• Minimum 1–3 years of therapy experience; 1–2 years with Adult PHP/IOP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and formulate diagnostic impressions based on DSM criteria.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with client/family.
• Provide weekly individual therapy (min 3 sessions; 2 individual, 1 family).
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans timely.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and external resources.
• Conduct crisis management/intervention as directed by supervisor.
