Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a part-time role (1-2 days per week) serving nursing facilities across the Cape Cod, MA area, including Falmouth and Cotuit. The position offers an opportunity to earn $40K+ per year, prorated based on schedule.

The role provides full clinical autonomy, established patient base, malpractice coverage, and administrative support; benefits may be available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program.
• State LICSW license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessments for residents.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient data and clinical notes in the EMR.
• Travel daily to facilities within assigned territory.

Overview

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)to work Part-Time (1-2 days per week) in nursing facilities across the Cape Cod, MA area (work available in Falmouth and Cotuit).

*OPPORTUNITY FOR $40K+ PER YEAR AT PART TIME (2 DAYS/WEEK) (PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Develop behavior plans for residents
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
• Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• State professional LICSW license
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software
