Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as a part-time or full-time therapist serving residents in nursing facilities across Greater Boston, MA. The role offers 2–5 days per week with work locations in Chelsea, Malden, Saugus, and Danvers, MA.

Excellent compensation is available, including benefits at full-time, with 100% malpractice coverage and strong administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• State professional LICSW license is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
