Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide behavioral health services in long-term care facilities across Cape Cod, MA, including Falmouth and Cotuit. This part-time role offers clinical autonomy, a steady patient base, and supportive administrative services.

Travel within assigned facilities is required daily; flexible scheduling with 1–2 days per week; opportunities for full-time benefits if converted.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State professional LICSW license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)to work Part-Time (1-2 days per week) in nursing facilities across the Cape Cod, MA area (work available in Falmouth and Cotuit).
