Job summary

HealthDrive is looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work part-time (2-3 days per week) across Greater Boston area including Concord, Lowell, and Andover.

The role offers the potential for $60K+ per year on a prorated basis with no evening or weekend hours and full clinical autonomy within nursing facilities. You will provide behavioral health services to residents, coordinate with the care team, and travel daily to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• State professional LICSW license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
