Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation seeks a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a part-time role (2–3 days/week) in nursing facilities across the Greater Boston area, including Concord, Lowell, and Andover. The position offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends and prorated pay based on the schedule.

The therapist will deliver behavioral health services in long-term care settings, perform initial psychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and maintain

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited college/university.
• LICSW license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with email, internet and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities for mobile care.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work Part-Time (2-3 days per week) in nursing facilities across the Greater Boston, MA area (work available in Concord, Lowell, and Andover.)

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
