Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work in nursing facilities across Greater Boston, including Chelsea, Malden, Saugus and Danvers. Part-Time or Full-Time positions (2-5 days per week) with flexible schedules and full clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, developing behavior plans, documenting in EMR, and traveling daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments (initial).
• Provide individual and group therapy for residents.
• Develop behavior plans for residents.
• Recommend interventions to nursing home staff.
• Enter patient data and clinical notes in EMR.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities.

HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work Part-Time or Full Time (2-5 days per week) in nursing facilities across Greater Boston, MA area (work available in Chelsea, Malden, Saugus, and Danvers).

*OPPORTUNITY FOR $100k+ PER YEAR AT FULL TIME (5 DAYS/WEEK) (PAY PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities

The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Develop behavior plans for residents
• Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
• Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• State professional LICSW license
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software
