Youth Advocate Programs is seeking a Licensed Professional of Healing Arts (LPHA) to deliver individualized, family, and group counseling to youth facing serious emotional challenges. This fully remote position requires a Master’s degree, valid Texas licensure, and experience in mental health services. The LPHA will focus on empowering youth and their families while ensuring compliance with relevant protocols, benefitting from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and a retirement plan.

Summary of the Position: The Licensed Professional of Healing Arts (LPHA) is responsible for providing individual, family, and group counseling to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Qualifications / Requirements: Master’s degree in a human services field such as psychology, criminal justice, sociology, social work, counseling/therapy, or behavioral health is required.
Active professional licensure in psychology, counseling, or social work is required, with valid Texas licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage.
Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) applicants are required.
This position is considered fully remote.
