Keystone Retreat Behavioral Health in Ephrata, PA, is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Counselor at the Master’s level. You will lead therapeutic groups and support clients’ recovery through psychoeducation and skill-building activities.

This role involves facilitating discussions on coping skills and relapse prevention, along with providing case coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in a substance use or behavioral health

Competenze

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in a behavioral health or substance use setting.
• Strong understanding of addiction recovery and co-occurring mental health needs.
