Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide individualized case management and a range of clinical responsibilities, including referrals, screenings, assessments, individual, group, and family counseling, and crisis intervention. The role also includes clinical oversight and supervision of fellow therapists in the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Timely, compliant clinical documentation and billing practices following HRBH policies and standards.
• Case management and clinical responsibilities including assessments, individual, family, and group counseling, and crisis intervention; maintains a caseload.
• Advocate for individuals and maintain timely communication with referral sources and stakeholders.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and develop individualized plans based on strengths, needs, and preferences.
• Provide administrative supervision to clinicians including coaching, chart audits, staff evaluations, and scheduling approvals.
• Promote cohesion between programs and oversee day-to-day clinic operations with the Clerical Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
