Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Therapist to serve individuals in an outpatient setting. The Therapist provides individualized case management and accepts responsibilities including referrals, screenings/assessments, individual, group and family counseling, and crisis intervention.

The role involves managing a caseload, completing paperwork, coordinating with internal and external providers, and participating in an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (MSW/MA in Counseling) and licensure eligibility.
• Experience delivering outpatient counseling, individual and group.
• Proficiency with documenting and coordinating care in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and individual, family, and group counseling per treatment plans.
• Complete required paperwork and ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Manage caseload, authorize services, and maintain up-to-date charts.
