Qualifications

• Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW) in good standing.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence.
• Comfortable with technology and EHR systems.
• Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Flexible Schedule – Evenings and weekends; part of the emphasis.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in the community.
• Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities.
