Job summary

Universal Health Services' Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role offers multiple shift options, including remote availability, with a mix of virtual and in-person sessions.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Social Work or related field, is licensed (LSW/LMHC or equivalent), and brings crisis intervention, family and group therapy experience to a collaborative treatment team committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• A minimum of one year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
• Licensure required. LSW, LMHCa or equivalent; LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program is experiencing growth and expansion, and varied shifts are available to fit individual schedules (4-10 hours days; 5 -8 hour days, etc.) This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission


• Case management and treatment planning


• Group, individual and family sessions


• Aftercare coordination


• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner


• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
