Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Philadelphia is seeking a Therapist Intern to develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families across inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

You will provide social services, complete required documentation on time, and support discharge planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Onboarding training must be completed prior to start.
• Background checks and occupational health clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to patients and their families/significant others.
• Complete all documentation within required time.
• Complete discharge documentation on time.
• Provide leadership in clinical interventions.
• Communicate professionally and accurately.
• Demonstrate interdisciplinary communication within the team.
• Participate in site committees.
• Ensure patient safety and facility safety.
