The position emphasizes onboarding, knowledge of therapeutic interventions, and safety protocols. Enrollment in a Master’s program is required, with ongoing professional development and site committee participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder enrolled in a Master's program in Social Work or Counseling.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and human growth and behavior.
• Successful completion of Rogers onboarding training before start.
• Formal training in aggressive patient management (NCI) within 60 days of placement.
• Background checks through Rogers system required.
• Occupational health clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide social services to patients and families/significant others.
• Complete all documentation within required time.
• Provide leadership and guidance in implementing clinical interventions.
• Communicate professionally and accurately.
• Demonstrate strong interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Participate in site committees.
• Ensure patient safety and facility safety.
