Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with psychiatrists and social workers, and participation in ongoing professional development. A master’s degree and state licensure are required.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited program.
• Full, independent licensure as a LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent in state practicing (e.g., LPCC, LMHC).
• If working in a program requiring substance-use credentialing, SAC-IT/SAC/CSAC in Wisconsin.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans with implementation guidance.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based techniques to improve patients’ well-being.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality.
