You will conduct therapy sessions, complete documentation, and participate in system-wide initiatives while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field; preferred in health care/psychiatric settings.
• Licensed professional credentials (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW) in the practicing state.
• SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credentialing in Wisconsin (or related substance use credential).
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for all age groups and growth/behavior dynamics.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and guide implementation with the care team.
