Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Therapist to join our El Dorado Springs team. You will assess psychosocial needs, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and provide counseling to patients and families in collaboration with clinical teams.

The role emphasizes connecting patients with community resources, advocating for patient rights, and promoting equitable care within our diverse healthcare network across the country.

Qualifications

• Current state LMSW/LCSW license required
• Master's degree from an accredited school
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs to understand emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connect patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure equitable care within the healthcare system.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW license and possess a Master's degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include
