Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.


• Provide counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges.


• Connect patients with community resources and services such as support groups and housing assistance.


• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure equitable care within the healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
