Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Therapist or Therapist-in-Training to join Beloit’s outpatient mental health team. The role supports master’s-level clinicians pursuing licensure with strong supervision and exposure to DOC and community-based populations.

The position emphasizes individual therapy with flexible hybrid scheduling (onsite and telehealth) and comprehensive benefits. LSS offers growth, training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required or in progress
• Practicum experience in mental health, SUD, or community-based services
• Eligible for Wisconsin behavioral health licensure

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations
• Develop collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team and recovery team meetings
• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices
