Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a full-time Therapist or Therapist-in-Training for our Beloit outpatient mental health team. This role supports masters-level clinicians working toward licensure and emphasizes individual therapy with supervision and community-based work, including DOC populations.

Hybrid onsite/telehealth schedule, with four 10-hour days and one evening per week; opportunities for professional development, loan forgiveness considerations,

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for clinical work.
• Practicum experience related to mental health, substance use, or community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations
• Develop collaborative treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Deliver psychoeducation and skill-building interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team and recovery team meetings
• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
