Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Therapist in Training to join the Family Preservation Team serving Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across Taylor, Price, and Sawyer Counties in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes in-home therapy, building client relationships, and strength-based, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience relevant to LSS services.
• Eligibility for a WI in training license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals and/or families based on assigned programs.
• Collaborate with clients to create goal-focused, individualized service plans.
• Deliver services in a variety of settings, including office, community, or client-preferred locations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and funding requirements.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and community partners.
