Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a bilingual Licensed or In-Training Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. This full-time, hybrid-remote role serves Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Jefferson counties with a $2000 sign-on bonus.

You will receive weekly supervision, complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months, and work with 3-5 families while supporting reunification and trauma-informed care. Join a mission-driven organization committed to families and community impact.

Qualifications

Master's degree in SW, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
Practicum experience related to LSS services.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligibility for training or full licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support from your team trainer.
Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles, meeting fidelity expectations (5 hours/week per family).
Manage a small caseload of 3-5 families, depending on travel.
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR system.
Collaborate with families, schools, county partners, and other systems to support treatment success.
Participate in weekly individual and team supervision, including peer review.
Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system (1-2 weekends per quarter).

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
