Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) seeks a bilingual licensed or in-training therapist to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. This full-time, hybrid-remote role serves Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Jefferson counties with a $2000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide trauma-informed, home-based services, support families, and pursue certification with strong supervision from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Eligible for WI DSPS licensure or training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support families using the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervision support.
• Maintain a small caseload of 3–5 families with travel as needed.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles and fidelity requirements.
• Documentcarefully in the Electronic Health Record system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and county partners to support treatment outcomes.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer review.
• Contribute to a 24/7 caregiver coaching support system.

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking passionate, committed Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team. Our FCT team provides weekly individual and group supervision as part of our evidence-based model-ensuring you're supported, growing, and never working alone.

What is Family Centered Treatment?

Family Centered Treatment is a fully implemented, home-based, trauma-informed model designed to stabilize or reunify families. We help families identify practical solutions, strengthen relationships, and break cycles of intergenerational trauma. At the heart of our work is a simple belief: Families have incredible strengths-and we help them use them.

What You'll Do

• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours based on family needs.
• Learn and apply the FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with full support from your supervisor and team trainer.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles, meeting fidelity expectations (5 hours/week per family).
• Manage a small caseload of 3-5 families, depending on travel.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Record system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, county partners, and other systems to support treatment success.
• Participate in weekly individual and team supervision, including peer review.
• Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system (1-2 weekends per quarter).

What You Bring

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience related to LSS services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for training or full licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
• Successful completion of a background check.
