Job summary

Catholic Charities Twin Cities is seeking a compassionate Therapist I or II to join our clinical team and provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families at Wilder-Day Tx, Minneapolis.

The Therapist II will provide clinical supervision to interns and staff, may sign off on Therapist I paperwork, and participate in on-call emergency consultations as needed, all while meeting licensure requirements and delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or above in Social Services related field.
• Current Mental Health Practitioner Licensure approved by the State of Minnesota.
• Experience in clinical services with emotional disorders.
• Minimum of one year of broad-based clinical experience with diverse populations.
• Ability to work with low-income populations, including homelessness or mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical work: individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop, communicate, and direct treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Clinical Supervisor on milieu therapy.
• Provide supervision to appropriate interns, volunteers, and staff.
