Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Mental Health Professional Level II in the Psychology Pro Service. This full-time, in-person role (1.0 FTE) operates Monday–Friday, days, in a clinical multidisciplinary setting providing psychotherapy and supervision to trainees.

The position emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and program development with opportunities for leadership growth and department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Meets the DHS definition for Mental Health Professional (MN Statute 245.462, Subd. 18).
• Minimum of two years of experience as an MHP.
• Licensed mental health professional per DHS - LMFT, LICSW or LPCC.
• Board-approved supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health evaluation and treatment services including initial and ongoing screeners; diagnostic assessments; initial and updated treatment plans; individual, family, and group psychotherapy; psychoeducation; care coordination and referrals; crisis services; discharge planning.
• Documents and bills clinical services promptly and accurately.
• Participates in multidisciplinary care team rounds; may lead rounds.
• Provides on-call phone coverage for patient coaching as applicable.
• Provides clinical supervision to trainees.
• Maintains clinic accreditation standards and state licensure/certification.
