Job summary

The Emily Program in Durham, NC is seeking Therapists to provide individualized, group, family, and couples therapy within a multi-disciplinary team. The role includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, and meal-time guidance to promote healthy eating behaviors.

We offer a full-time schedule (40 hrs/wk, Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00) with on-call and holiday coverage. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy expected.
• DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan treatment.
• Conduct intake evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Create and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide guidance during meals when indicated and promote healthy eating behaviors.
• Contribute to treatment team discussions with assessments and responses to interventions.
• Supervise therapists as appropriate for Therapist II.
