The Emily Program in Atlanta, GA is seeking a therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across levels of care for children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery with medical, psychiatric, and nutritional professionals.

The schedule includes Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with some evenings and on-call rotations; starting salaries range from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on licensure, with a robust benefits

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences related field and working toward independent licensure.
• Active associate or independent licensure in the state of employment.
• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy preferred.
• DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
• Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/community of support as assigned.
• Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans.
• Participates in therapeutic supported meals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions.
• Communicates with UR team to provide clinical data necessary for insurance continued stay reviews.
• Generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations, and coordinating next level of care services.
• Collaborates with The Emily Program and community professionals to coordinate next level of care services and maintain continuity of care.
• Participates in administrative and clinical supervision as scheduled and seeks supervision when needed.
• Therapist II may provide clinical supervision as needed and appropriate based on licensure.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
