Job summary

The Emily Program is hiring a Therapist (Associate or Independently Licensed) to provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy for clients of all ages with eating disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care.

Starting salaries vary by licensure: Associate licensed range $60,000–$68,000 and Independently licensed range $70,000–$75,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences related field and working toward independent licensure.
• Active associate or independent licensure in the state of employment required.
• Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience preferred.
• DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/community of support as assigned.
• Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans.
• Participates in therapeutic supported meals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions.
• Communicates with UR team to provide clinical data necessary for insurance continued stay reviews.
• Generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations, and coordinating next level of care services.
• Collaborates with The Emily Program and community professionals, and community agencies to coordinate next level of care services and maintain continuity of care.
• Participates in administrative and clinical supervision as scheduled and seeks supervision when needed.
• Therapist II may provide clinical supervision as needed and appropriate based on licensure.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
