Job summary

Family & Children’s Services is hiring licensed therapists to work with children and families in Tulsa, offering on-site and telehealth services. The roles include providing evidence-based individual, group and family therapy to youths 2–17 years old, alongside collaborative casework and treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.

Salary ranges from $68,536 to $95,950.40 annually with annual bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
• Licensure or supervision for licensure as LCSW, LPC or LMFT in Oklahoma.
• Valid Driver License and use of personal vehicle for travel.

Family & Children’s Services Therapists work to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.

Counseling for Children and Adults will work with children between ages 2-17 years old on site and via telehealth. Therapist will be providing services, evidence-based treatment, to children and their families who may be experiencing behavioral and emotional issues; may be living in high stress environments. Therapist will collaborate with their team, conduct intakes, develop treatment plans and plan updates, individual, family and group therapy.

What you'll need for this role:

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited school.
• Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems.
• Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
• Must possess a validDriver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

CCBHC Model of Care

Family & Children’s Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.

Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery. Robust CCBHC services often result in better client outcomes and quality of care due to:

• Increased access to care and crisis services
• Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services.
• Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients
• Greater access to Social Services for clients’ economic and social needs
• Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
